    Who is Invictus?

    Invictus Complex Care (ICC) is a nurse led complex care provider. It became apparent that there was a high demand for specialised complex care providers with not only a sound and secure business model, but more heavily focused attention to detail for the care planning, delivery and contingency planning.

    The Covid-19 situation has further compounded our view that service users in the community need robust care packages. Care packages that stand the test of any changes and challenges. Delivering a person centred approach to care with highly trained staff, skilled in assessing and managing these changes, working with the wider Multi-Disciplinary-Team in a professional and proactive manner, ensuring the service user is happy, secure and respected at the very heart of it all.
